Early Life, Age & Biography

Bradley Aldrich was born on January 10, 1983, in Houghton, Michigan. He comes from a well-known hockey family, as his father, Mike Aldrich, was the longtime equipment manager for the San Jose Sharks, and his uncle was a principal and an assistant hockey coach at Houghton High School.

Brad Aldrich played hockey at Northern Michigan University, where he graduated in 2006 with a degree in sports science. He then worked as a coordinator of hockey operations and video coach for the University of Notre Dame from 2006 to 2008.

Career

In July 2008, Aldrich was hired by the Chicago Blackhawks as their video coach. He was responsible for analyzing game footage, preparing scouting reports, and assisting the coaching staff.
